Honda BF115
The Honda BF115 in-line four cylinder outboards are equipped with state of the art multi-port programmed fuel injection giving instant starts, excellent acceleration, smooth idling and much improved fuel economy.

The BF115 is also the largest displacement 115 horsepower four-stroke outboard available at 2.2 litres.

Four Stroke Engine Design:	World-renowned Honda quality combines proven reliability and superior fuel efficiency, with no oil/fuel mixing.
Large Displacement Engine:	At 2254cc, it is 500cc larger than closest four-stroke competitor.
Available in 2 Shaft Lengths:	Standard long and extra long shaft lengths allow for a wider range of boat applications. Counter rotation models available for dual installations.
Low Idle Speed:	Even at the largest displacement in its class it also features the lowest idle speed, 650 rpm.
Programmed Fuel Injection:	Will adjust fuel mixture according to climatic conditions and elevation for optimum performance.
Engine Command System:	Engine Command Module receives constant input from 18 sensors located throughout the engine. Then determines the correct fuel flow and ignition curve, providing optimum performance.
Top Mounted Electronics:	Electronics mounted on the top of the power head to stay cool and dry.
Forced Air Ventilation:	Unique forced air ventilation system maintains a constant temperature of electrical components.
Non-Linear Mounting System:	Patented non-linear mounting provides smoother operation at all engine speeds.
Balanced Engine:	At all rpm ranges twin gear-driven counter balancers provides smooth engine operation.
Over-Rev Protection:	Standard rev-limited protects the engine from severe damage due to over-revving
Easy Maintenance Valve:	Easy 'screw type' valve adjuster system requires no shims and reduces maintenance costs.
Front Mounted Oil Filter:	Front mounted oil filter and oil filler makes for easy maintenance
Single Overhead Cam:	Less moving parts provides greater reliability.
Over-Rev and Over Heat Warning System:	The BF115 features a standard over heat and low oil warning which offers peace of mind when boating.
Standard Fresh Water Flushing Port:	Allows easy fresh water flushing of the engine to extend the life of the outboard.
High Output Charging:	20 amps of charging at idle and 30 amps at 1000 rpm and a maximum of 40 amps of charging to ensure that batteries remained charge while operating electronics.
Bottom Mount Flywheel:	The flywheel is mounted on the lower end of the crankshaft, which greatly reduced the centre of gravity and stress on major internal engine components.
Built in Pilot Tube:	Built in pilot tube in the gear case eliminates the need to drill holes in your boat for installation.
Corrosion Protection:	Honda uses a unique multi-layer finish to ensure the highest possible level of corrosion resistance on all models.
