Honda BF2
The Honda BF2 is lightweight, powerful and easily transportable. It is ideal for small boats, dingies and inflatables. With a dry weight of just 12.2 kg (short shaft), it's as light, compact and practical as you would expect a tender engine to be. However with one big difference its a four-stroke.

The BF2 is also the world's first engine to come standard with a throttle grip on the tiller handle, allowing forward movement and neutral selection at the flick of a wrist. The BF2 runs on standard unleaded fuel supplied from a 1 litre integral fuel tank.		 2hp Honda

Forced Air Cooled Engine: ANo water pump to worry about being plugged with weeds or damaged by sand and less weight to carry.
Centrifugal Clutch Standard: Honda's centrifugal clutch facilitates the running of the engine at idle with no propeller rotation for tight navigation or just idling at the dock. 360º degree swivel steering -provides excellent maneuverability in tight areas, especially in reverse.
Available In 2 Shaft Lengths: Standard short and long shaft lengths allow for a wider range of boat applications.
Integral Fuel Tank: Facilitates easy removal and portability as one unit. Vent may be closed for transport or extended storage periods.
Twist Grip Throttle with Friction Adjuster: Allows for superior throttle control and the throttle tensioner minimizes driver fatigue.
Fold Down Tiller Handle: A more compact design allows for easy transportation and storage.
Emergency Stop: Standard safety feature allows the Switch/Safety Lanyard operator to clip the lanyard to the wrist stopping the engine if the operator leaves the helm.
Shallow Water Drive: Reduces the risk of engine damage while navigating in shallow water.
Environmental Performance: Ultra low emission The BF2 achieves outstanding clean exhaust performance that exceeds both the U.S EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) 2006 and CARB (California Air Resources Board) emissions regulations for 2008 -the most stringent emissions standards in the world.
Transistorised Ignition: Maintenance free, High-energy output for quick & easy starting.
Corrosion Protection:
Corrosion 		Honda uses a unique multi-layer finish to ensure the highest possible level of corrosion resistance on all models.
